1. Data Controller
Within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) No. 6698, the data controller responsible for your personal data processed through the LUT Master application is the operator of the application. Your data is processed in line with the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency.
2. Processed Data and Purposes
We may process identity and contact data, device and usage data, and data related to your projects and preferences. These are used to provide the LUT and colour grading services, to improve the app, to fulfil legal obligations and to communicate with you. Processing is based on your consent, contract performance or our legitimate interest where applicable.
3. Your Rights
Under KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request correction or deletion, to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority. You can submit your requests to us using the contact details below.
